Can anyone breakdown the meanings of the Status values for categories, forums, topics, and replies. What value means "locked"? or "on hold"? What are all the possible values?

I guess I'm getting confused because the values seem to mean different things depending on who the user is, or what is supposed to happen. Is there a place in the snitz code where this is commented?

TOPICS_T_STATUS

0 - Topic is locked
1 - Topic is open or has been approved by an admin/moderator if moderation is on
2 - Topic has been placed on hold by an admin/moderator
3 - Topic is pending to be deleted.

FORUM_F_STATUS

0 - Forum is locked
1 - Forum is open

CATEGORY_CAT_STATUS

0 - Category is locked
1 - Category is open

REPLY_R_STATUS

1 - Reply has been approved by an admin or moderator and can be viewed by all users
2 - Reply has been put on hold and can only be viewed by an admin or moderator
3 - Reply was rejected by an admin or moderator and will be deleted

Can you explain what pending to be deleted means? If I delete a topic, it doesn't get deleted right away?

It doesn't stay pending for too long Dave. The topic status is set to 3 when you choose the Delete option, for a moderated topic. Not when you click on the trash icon to delete the topic. After you set it to be deleted, the forum makes another check for the status of the topic, then it deletes it if it is set to 3.

Again, topic status is set to 3 only when you are deleting/rejecting a moderated topic.
