Hello.

I was thinking:
Is it possible to make all threads in one
forum to be expanded by default?

I suppose it should be applied where the
member choose the actual forum to visit.

If it has not been done, which file can
i look into for it?

what do you mean expanded? if you click on a forum from default, you see a list of topics based on the dropdown box. the default for the dropdown box is dictated by the properties of the forum.

Yes that is what i meant.
So i can set properties so that all items (maybe 15)
on first page will be automaticly expanded (opened)?

Where can i find that setting?

Thanks for helping!

i still don't understand what you mean by expanded. you say yes to what i posted, but then you say "all items on the first page will be automatically expanded (opened)"

please explain more. also, you should post these sort of questions in the general help forum or the mod forum

I think what he is saying is that when you go into a forum, all the topics should already be opened, so you would eliminate forum.asp, and have a very long topic.asp (of multiple pages). Why would you want this?

Yes. That is what i tried to explain though my bad english,
didnt do the work for me. (Sorry for my bad explanation).

I would like to use this only for a special forum that
would be used for showing a series of short "articles"
after each other.

Is this possible? Do i have to do something in the code?

Thanks for helping. :)
