looks pretty good ... some suggestions:

1. put a space before Welcome
2. make your login/logout buttons have the same background and font as the 3d looking header bars
3. clean up your logo a bit
4. having both the dropdown menus and the links underneath them is confusing, try using just the dropdown menu.
5. the forum header color is slightly off from the background of the 3d looking header bars, try adjusting it a bit

Thanks for looking. I added 2 spaces before welcome. Looks better. I am not sure how to delete the links below the dropdown menu. I really want to use the java menu but it conflicts with post.asp. Whenever I try to post I get a java error with the java menu up. The java is so much better looking, I hope I can get it working!
I will work on the colors and logos too. Thanks again!

It says "error on page" in the footer. After the smileys get done loading, mouseover the java menu and then the error appears. The menu will not drop down either. It must be a loading conflict? I could put the java menu back up if you want to see it.

Edit:
I just put the java menu back on. I will leave it that way so you can see it. Thanks for looking into it! Use guest / guest if you want to log in....

hmm .. i didn't get an error, but the menu didn't pop up either.

BTW ... it took FOREVER to load all those smilies and I'm on DSL. You might want to consider cutting back on them or making a popup window for the smilies instead.

LOL It takes 5-8 seconds for me to load them on cable. I will eliminate some of them!
No error for you eh? I see the same error with 3 different computers.... 2/98 1/xp IE 6 and 5.5
Will have to check it with the 2000 box. Same error with netscape 7 too.

see this page: http://www.webreference.com/dhtml/diner/scriptsrc/scriptsrc6.html

it might be why your menus aren't working well.

sure, also I got the following error:

Line 2
'ok[...].9' is null or not an object

I was able to download your menu.js and menu_ie5.js scripts, but it's really nasty to follow ... everything is on one long line.

no, that one does not have reference to an array called "ok", but the menu_ie5.js does which is called by the menu.js file.

Yes I see what you mean about the long line(s)
It would take me forever to learn enough about this to get it going and probably not before the club starts to use this forum.
I think
Did you have any revelations Nikkol??
