^^^ I just viewed your html source code and it is not in that directory... you have /forum/avatars/ so the fso object should read this instead:

Set ts = fso.OpenTextFile(Server.MapPath("/forum/avatars/" & i_sFilename))

ok after several hours of editing and stuff, had nothing to do with FSO, we got the code to work completely and edited the page evern further
