Ok, I seen this i think on a VB when i was surfing the net. And in each forum, It showed everyone who was viewing that forum. So like if you (for example) Went to general chat, At the top of the forum you can see like all the people that is in the forum. Is there a mod like this? Or can someone make one like this?

that is close to what i wanted. But, i want like instead of who is viewing the topic, Who is viewing the forum instead of the hole board. So, like i can go into a forum and see everyone who is viewing/posting topics in that forum. If no one has clicked to go into that forum then it would not show anyone in that forum but that would still be an active member on the site
