This could be done but it would miss out policy.asp and, i dont feel this would be a good thing

But we could add a checkbox to make sure people accept the policy of the forum.. and a link to the policy..

policy.asp could be put inside a small iFram at the bottom, so it can be scrooled and a check box to say you have read the policy, i still do not like this idea as it could make a mess.
