I am having a wierd problem. We have more than one computer with the ability to connect to the WWW however from computer #2 it will not allow anyone to visit my forum. I have cleared cookies,files,history to no avail. I even deleted the members and signed up under a new user name. the registration process went flawlessly but still would not allow us to enter it just takes you back to the login. Any ideas?

delete your cookies and start again?

Man I have tried it all deleted cookies and tried again about 10 times.

Don't forget to close all browser windows after deleting the cookies. You can also try to override cookie handling in IE for that specific site.

Search the forums here, there are posts about ISP proxy servers causing problems that may apply in your case.
