Looks like some problem with your lang pack and the arrLang (intLangIndexCount,1) in it (couldn`t see the full error, cause my browser isn`t showing the language characters.
Should be something with the language encoding. Maybe Leorat knows something about that.< |

not opening search.asp page. These are links in inc_top.asp (or inc_header.asp..... haven't looked at V4b03 for some time but if this forum is deployed in V4b03 then it should be inc_top.asp)and your Search 搜寻 link <a href=....>...etc not pointing to correctly to search.asp... MY guess...
Since you are using utf-8 encoded forum, make sure that you may need to set some pop_xxxxx.asp file to be set to utf-8 to render Chinese correctly....

Do you have a GB-Big5 converter for Chinese? If you do, you can do Lang1028 Traditional Chinese convert into GB. Keep encoding in ISO.
Am not clear about UTF-8 formatted Chinese to GB2312 or Big5 (although obviously you are interested in GB Simplified Chinese. ) Do you have any text editor which can handle various encoding format? If so, open lang2052.asp or save it as lang2052.txt and open it in your editor, save file as lang2052xxx or whatever naming, but choose encoding format as BG2312.... To check whether a lang file is properly converted and can be rendered properly in html/browser, open this file in IE(5+) and choose BG2312. If you can see Simplified Chinese charsets properly rendered, then, you have a BG2312 encoded lang file for Simplified Chinese.
If this is properly done, you have to rename your lang file back to lang2052.asp as it is a Snitz lang file naming convention for V4b03. Remember however, unless you deploy your forum as Chinese forum, which can render English ok, you will have a problem of rendering Chinese properly if its bilingual in BG2312 and English 1033 when a forum view is chosen with English (a la lang selector in V4b03)
Your basic encoding format of the forum should be set back to the basic encoding format of Snitz in ISO.

I placed GB2312 encoded version for Lang2502 at i2Asia Multilingual Forum but somehow download link doesn't seem to be working...
if you are interested in this V4b03 compatible GB2312 encoded version of Lang2502 (only the standard basic lang file, not the modified one deployed at i2Asia), send me an email and will send a zipped lang file....

Plz open it in IE/encode=GB2312 and make sure all chars renders ok. Quality of this particular simplified chinese lang file translation is deemed very high (you have the original unicode utf-8 version, right?).
There is only a minor change for LCID description at the top of the file from LCID=1033 (Chinese) to LCID=2052 (Simplified Chinese). Again you have to rename lang file name to Lang2052.asp, if you are using it following Snitz convention.
BTW, your Chinese forum is very nice.

Now ,i am set and amend some setting and made it will be perfect and comforted.
i am meet some trouble.
1.In the admin option"Font/Table Color Code Configuration "
i want make the "Font Face Type" "Default Font Size" "Header Font Size" "Default Font Color" and so on can be set with css.(those setting in this table may be not to set),how to do?
2.if i want to change the Header Background Color to a image,how to do?
3.in this forum,when i want to reply one topic,i can use the QUICK PEPLY,but in my forum,i didn't find some setting to set this function.may be i need one MOD to come ture it?

Quick answers:
- The forum code does not support CSS. Version 4 WILL support some level and v4.1 will probably support it fully. So, no quick solution for now, unless you change the code as a whole.
- Check the MODs forum for the Advanced Color MOD. You can easily adapt it to v4b03.x
- Quick Reply is a v3.4.x feature. What you installed (v4b03.x) is based on v3.3.x and that one does not support this feature. You have to wait for v4 final.
To add, v4 beta 04 will NOT be usefull for an average user, so you will need to wait for v4 final for advanced AND internationalized featur. You will need to wait more so that the MODs will also adapt fully.

As for 1 or 2 mentioned by Bozden.... you can look for MODs...
You can check either
Crash's File Exchange for V3.3.x mods
Check:

for advanced color mod (for V3.3.3, which should be able to be adopted for V4b03, with no language translation required).
Check mods also at Snitzbitz:

- although most of MODs listed there are for V3.4.x
As V4b03.x core is V3.3.x based, you should be able to adopt MODs for V3.3.x, especially those which do not require language packs/translation (i.e. mostly for Admin settings).
For V4 final, everyone has to wait a little (see other discussions by Bozden in Dev: Intenational)....
If you search in MOD Forum with Codes here, I believe there was one with CSS enabled Forum (although it was for V3.4.x.., you can check).

V3.4.x is a native English forum (although this forum seems to be supporting UTF-8...as it renders ok in Chinese and Japanese)... not have a separate resource file for language file (for easiler translation, without changing/touching base codes) like done with V4b03 or with V4b04 with further "internationalization" of apps at codes levels.
To create a fully Chinese forum with all V3.4.0x features and functions, one way is to do hardcoded "translation" of all text strings in forum files where appropriate. This will take some hard and time consuming efforts.... like Rasco's German forum.
There is a kind of a "compromise" approach to have have only user interface "localized" or "translated".... but this approach also is basically adopting the same approach that V4b03 designed with a language resource file, but only for user interface, while all Admin functions remaining in English. This is not an official Snitz but moded forum version and all Langxxxxxx variable definitions are different from the "official" versions of V4b03 or V4b04, although it borrowed, I think, a basic design concept of V4b03 in handling a language selector and resource file... But not proven to be able to handle CJK locale encoding format... am not sure. With this, you still need to translate it yourself as existing lang files for V4b03.x cannot be used with it.
BTW, I found this thread about applying Quick Reply to V3.3.x.....you have to read through. Am not sure how much this is helpful, but obviously there was Quick Reply applied to V3.3.x before it is officially included in V3.4.x... (Perhaps Richard/Bozden can assist you if you really want to get it done with V4b03.x...????)

Not clear what you mean.
V4b03.x is supposedly upgradable to V4b04 when it's released, as far as I understand. Release timing, as mentioned by Bozden, is sometime in the near future.....but no definite date mentioned.
What do you mean by V3final Chinese version? Is it V3.3.x? or V3.4.x? Are you talking of V3.3.x with MODs in Chinese version?
