When I click Bookmark Topic link the following error appears:

Type mismatch: 'getmemberID'

Also, when I click the little icon for the Bookmark Topic, a new post screen appears.

There are a few things that could cause that error.

The most common is normally the fact that it can not find the function getMemberID, have you included the correct file at the top of the page?

if this is my bookmark MOD, it is not compatable with the latest Snitz, it was written for 3.1
