They are not for v3.4, but for v4b03. You cannot mix 3.x series files with 4.x series.

Let me explain:
"Post v4beta03 patches" are for v4beta03 only. That version (v4beta03) is functionally equivalent to v3.3.x of the forum code (but supports multi-language). Version 3.3.x and thus v4 beta 03 are "previous" version of the software: they are not current.
For example this forum is version 3.4.03, and has lots of additional features and is optimized for speed/scalability. The previous version is NOT.
We are preparing the internationalized v4beta04, which will be based on v3.4, but it is not ready.
Currently you can use:
a) v3.4.03 (English Only)
b) v4beta03.x (Multi-language)
Both are safe to use...
If you decide to use v4beta03, you will need to apply the patches to make it secure. For this:
1) Download v4beta03 from sourceforge, expand it in folder "forum"
2) Download post v4beta03 patches from the link I provide below, expand it in into the same folder and let the files overwrite the existing ones.
3) Find/Download language packs you want, expand them to the same directory
4) Edit your config.asp to specify your database files AND to add the INCLUDE directives for language resource(s). The necessary information is in the readme.txt file (for general setup) and at the BOTTOM of the CONFIG.ASP file (how to setup international features).

i didn't find a correct address to download the chinese language pack.
Did you tell me how to change a kind of language in the sniztforum code?
i think i will study more knowledge in this work.

Forgot to thank you for sending me your V3.4.03 Chinese... VERY NICE. Liked your Home Page design very much.
As mentioned, make sure that you also applied V3.4.03 security patches, if not done yet.
