I am trying to send a private message to all users. I am logged in as Admin but keep getting the same error when I try and send to all.
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e14'
Could not allocate space for object 'FORUM_PM' in database '****_SQL' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full.
/forum/privatesend_info.asp, line 179
Does anyone know what this means and how to resolve it. I have about 3500 members.

| Can someone also answer this: If I manage to send a broadcast message to all members (I managed this on a smaller forum!) is it supposed to notify all users that they have a new PM?? If you send an individual message it sends them an email fine. But I just tried on all and it didn't send an email? Is this correct? Thanks in advance... Sas x |

Sarah,
There is nothing wrong with your forum, just with your SQL Server DB, which has exhausted the space that can be allocated for it. Talk to your host, they'll fix it for you. |

Just let them know about the error message. They'll know what to do (they'll either specify a new file size - likely, but they could also allow it to grow as it needs)..

Can anyone help, if users are switched on to recieve an email notification when they recieve a new PM? Should it email them if you use the Admin, PM all option or does this bypass that as it doesn't seem to work! If it doesn't how can I email all users, is that possible?
