Nothing to tie me down anymore, no strings!!!
ok, so I just finally got the home on a wireless network. No more dragging the cable modem back and forth to hook the PSX up.

do you have any issues with you PSX? we Have an Xbox on our hard wired network. If 2 players(split screen)connect to Xbox live it tends to crash the router. one PC and the Xbox connect to a router, that connects to a hub where the other 3 PCs connect, and the hub uplinks to the cable modem. we have 3 IPs from the cable company. |
JoHnNyBaDaZ If it can't be broke I'll fix it so it can. If it can't be fixed, I'll break it 'til it works. |

lol... congratulations. I would've liked a wireless network at home, but it's just too expencive to justify, especially when compared to buying some UTP cable and drilling one hole. |

No issues with the PSX, when using the PC and PSX. What type of router are you using. At Best Buy they had alot of returns for every other brand except LinkSys.

$99 for the 4-port wireless router and $129 for the wireless ethernet bridge (I could have got the $79 wireless USB port but then I would have needed a USB hub)

That's funny. I thought he was going to tell us he just got out of jail!
Congrats on the wireless network. Really liberating isn't it? You can get wireless 128/64kb modems here in Japan and connect from just about anywhere. Makes it really hard to go back to being leashed to a network cable.
