A forum i run has about 15 Mods and three admins, they have all asked for a few set rules so, this got me thinking, what set rules do you all have for the admins?

AFAIK on these forums there are no rules for the moderators. If there are, I've never been pointed to them and never came across them

Search these forums. Someone, I think either Dayve or Gremlin, posted some links to some published moderator guidelines.

I don't recall any time where rules or guidelines for moderators here were needed, most of the time it seems everyone is on the same wavelength.

This is absolutely because of the way moderators are selected. It may not be easy on other boards of course.
