In inc_subscriptions.asp on line 204 (this is the first line in function pullsubscriptions):


	If strSubscriptions = "0" or lcase(strEmail) <> "1" or mlev = 0 then

should be


	If strSubscription = "0" or lcase(strEmail) <> "1" or mlev = 0 then

Confirmed this is a bug and the fix is correct.

Fixed in 3.4.04.
