Afaid I'm having problems with setup of the events calender. loaded the .dbs through admin>mod setup no problems. uploaded files and images to forum folder (images in same folder) including the preconfigured asp files as I have a new install.
Problem- where is the events calender link on default.asp ? I can't find any ref to it anywhere in the forum, or in admin.
I think the problem might be sql2000 not ver6 or 7 ?
Yes, I used the default.asp supplied as this is the first mod. I checked and the line to be added is present
The events table is now at the bottom of my forum, it appeared over night. How do I get it into another catagory. Should there be an entry in admin to administer it.
I'm not having much luck and even have trouble using a forum never mind setting one up. Thanks in advance for any help.
I'm seeing errors because you didn't put the line <!-- #include file="cal_constants.asp --> at the top of config.asp
Thanks for your help, that line was in config.asp so I'm stuck. I've removed the mod, but will set up another forum to use to get a bit more familer with the ins and outs before I knack my exicting one through stupidity.
