I have just switched to XP and When testing snitz using IIS it works fine for a while then for no reason i get

Open the localhost home page, and then look for links to the information you want. HTTP 403.9 - Access Forbidden: Too many users are connected Internet Information Services
And the only way to view my site locally again is to resart my machine, most annoying I used to use ME with PWS. Sometimes PWS would have a fit but i could just shut it down start it up again and off i could go. Not being used to IIS am i doing something wrong any help much appreciated. bonkers
you can just restart the IIS Admin service instead of shutting your computer down. This is because of the connection limits in IIS on Windows XP Professional.
