I have added the avatar MOD and it appears that the image is there, but it looks like it is only 1 X 1 pixel. I have changed the size in the admin panel, but it's still the same !

View any posts by Admin and you will see the tiny avatar. i.e

Its showing up like this in the source

Try running Check Installation to load the application variables, also did you make all the necessary changes to the config.asp file?

I did run the check install and changed the config.asp. Is there any other possible routes? Else I will just go through the files again and make sure I never missed anything.

OK You were right. I hadn't ammended the config.asp
