We.. my friand has two websites (http://kinkylicious.net http://www.cassita-cam.com)
I am goin to code her a website in ASP and i thought i would use Snitz as a base code and just mod it to my needs but, the first thing i need to do is set it so that you have to be a member to do anything, thats easy nuff but... This site is goin to be a pay-member site only and i was not sure if i can do that with snitz... would it be ok to do it? |

This is posted on the download page for snitz:
Snitz Forums 2000 is a free product that is governed by the GPL. You are free to download and use these forums without charge, under the condition that you don't charge for it either, and that you keep the copyrights intact.
My understanding of the above was that you could not charge to access the forum. After re-reading it, I see it could mean not to charge for the actual program. I just want to be sure?

What it means is you cannot re-sell the Snitz Forums as is. What you can charge for is the time to install and/or modify it for the appropriate means. |

| You can charge people for access to your forums, for installing a Snitz forum for them, for distributing a copy of a Snitz Forum (like for the costs of a CD and shipping) etc. etc.. But, you cannot charge people for the forums themselves as you aren't the owner of the codes. |

yeah she is only wee but, good to chat to
I'm 18 and happy to say i dont think of her in any way other then a friend she already has a "pay site", i dont know how it is used as i am not goin to join but, she always moans that it dont work the way she would like it to so, i said i'd work on sumthing |
