I followed the directions included in the Read Me First file, but I'm stumped about creating a poll. According to the Read Me, it states:

There will be a "New Poll" link on the forum.asp and topic.asp pages of your forum beside the "New Topic" link. If you don't see it, edit your forum properties and make sure the poll permissions are set to "Allow Members" or "Admin/Moderator Only". Also check if your have turned the polls option to "On" in your Poll Configuration.

Unfortunately, I cannot locate the "poll permissions" to adjust the required settings. Any thoughts?

Look for the Edit Forum Properties icon - - on your default.asp page when logged-in as the admin.

You need to edit this for each individual forum that you want to allow polls in.
