I want to change the links to a dropdown menu on the header, do I need to change it anywhere else to do this or just the header? Or is there a mod for this?

A good example of what I want to do is www.magicorange.tk

It would just be in inc_header.asp. Bear in mind though that the site you gave is using one of the portal mods.
