I am not able to find a Report to Moderator MOD for 3.4.03, does anyone have one? I guess I'll have to make one...

Richard,

I have read countless post where the first thing isa "Did you search?" Yes, but that is for 3.3.xx and I am unable to convert it to 3.4.03.

if you e-mail me your topic.asp file (please put it in a .zip file first), I'll edit it and send you what I have that works with v3.4, then you can see if it does what you are wanting.
