File affected: FORUM.ASP

In order to get the "New Topic" icon for both the top and bottom of the page to line up correctly. Either the top table needs to be increased to 100% (bottom is currently 100%), or the bottom changed to 95% (top is currently 95%).

On my forums I changed the bottom table from 100% to 95% to match the top table.

Before the change: (beta forum used as an example)

After the change:

<-bump-> change all to either 95% or 100%

I would be more inclined to do a 100% however... becaus the desired result is that anyone who is placing the forums in their current site's layout, would want the forums to fit snugly in... i.e. if you were to add a <table width=95%><tr><td> to the inc_top.asp and a </td></tr></table> to the inc_footer.asp files... you would pull in the size to 95% for everything...

but then if you were to drop in your menu's and fancy headers... a complicated footer... you would probably want that extera 5% for your forum... i.e. use 100% over 95% in the base <table>'s and add a new bit to the inc_top.asp.
