I never really got going with that little option (and the names are too long), however it is fully functional

In the first box you should enter the name of the folder containing the avatars you wish to add, this is normally a folder inside your forum folder.

The second box is the name of the folder where the avatars are normally kept, the reason there are two input boxes is that it cannot tell if an avatar has been added before, so you could end up with multiple listings. Anyway if this is the first time you have run it then you can leave both boxes the same.

You do not need to specify the full URL to the folder, as you have been doing, as that will break it .

This is how I used it on my test forum...

I had a forum folder, and inside that I had a folder called avatars, so in the input boxes I entered avatars/

So http://www.somesite.com/forum - was the forum location.
And http://www.somesite/forum/avatars - was the avatar location.

I hope that is a bit clearer for you...
