I need help upgrading from Snitz v3.3.05 to v3.4.03 without losing any settings or data. Your help is greatly appreciated.

If you haven't made any mods to the standard Snitz, you won't lose any settings or data. Just upload all the files(except the database) to their appropriate locations, then run setup.asp. Make a backup of your database before running setup.asp just to be sure it's OK.
