How can i get the active users page in my forum..like some forums have got it: e.g: www.bigblueball.com/forums
What do i need to get it?

You'll have to install the Active Users MOD.
I don't know where the MOD can be downloaded, but a search in MOD W/ Code forum should turn up at least one topic with a download location.

Actually i need the exact thing to put in the server time...i dunno what shall i put...my time is GMT and i dunno put shall i put in that lil box..i have put -3 now!

I have now changed it to 0 (zero) and i dunno if it works or not!

For the sorting, AFAIK there was a Mod for it. Try a search for it.
With the time on your forums. Just post and look if the post time is right.

When i reply to a topic...my posts used to go above other's reply! But now i think the problem is solved but i'm not sure because i have to wait 4 my members to post and then check!
