I have just upgraded to the new version but I am getting the folloing error's

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80040e10'

No value given for one or more required parameters.

/funforum/forum/topic.asp, line 117

Topic.asp line 117 is :
rsTopic.open strSql, my_Conn, adOpenForwardOnly, adLockReadOnly, adCmdText

On my front page I get :

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80040e10'

No value given for one or more required parameters.

/funforum/forum/content.asp, line 122

Content.asp line 122 is as follows:
rs.open strSql, my_Conn, 3, adLockReadOnly, adCmdText

On the main forum page default.asp I get:

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80040e10'
No value given for one or more required parameters.

/funforum/forum/cal_functions.asp, line 51

cal_functions.asp line 51 reads:
rs.open StrSql, My_conn, adOpenStatic

When I upgraded there were no errors I have checked my conect string with whereami.asp and made sure the path was correct.

Any ideas what I am doing worng?

Did you run setup.asp? Also did you delete your previous version files before uploading the new version ones?

Did you run the DBS files for the mods?

As far as delete your previous version files before uploading the new version ones. I have started in a fresh folder with all new files. The mods were installed and tested and everything looked ok. I was just about ready to turn the site live so I took the old database and updated it to the new the new one using set up. Thats when I started to get errors

What about the DBS files for the mods? Some of them must need DB changes.

Ruirib, I think you are on the right track!!!

I look at database update for the mods and the NEW mod are not listed just the modes for the previous version.

Do I have to reinstall the mods?

The mods you installed are new versions for Snitz 3.4? If they are, maybe you need to run the DBS files for them as well. I'm just guessing, since I don't know the mods you installed.

Thank you!!

The problem as you stated was that I needed to upload the MOD DBS files and updated them again. All working again
