Got it! Here's the answer I got from my forum:

I knew you will find out.
And you know you can squeez them to take out all syrup and dip it again in the syrup to get filled with syrup. The correctly made Bengali Rasogoolas won't break while squeezing or refilling. They are made of 100% milk (converted to cheese) and syrup is made of Water which is left behind when making cheese with very light sugar. |

It's not only me Erin (though I miss some days, from time to time). Many moderators here do. It's just a great moderators team .

Although this is my first post I have been reading the snitz forums for quite some time now. In most cases all my problems I had there were already posts about. So I have also seen Ruirib around helping others, but at the same time helping me  . I just wanted to take this time to thank Rui and all of the others for their hard work and dedication to helping the rest of us out.
