I'm using it. Actually I signed up many moons ago (before they raised the price). I think it's a good deal, personally. The banner ads don't bring me squat for traffic. However the 2 areas I use are the ListBuilder (newsletters) and the Submit It! services. For pricing, I compare ListBuilder to the similar service offered by Topica. The last time I checked LB was cheaper and pretty much offered the same stuff. After that, things like the submission service are just icing on the cake.
Is it perfect? No. But, it's the best pricing I've found for pretty full-featured services.
