I have installed PM 3.4.3 / PM Pager but When 1 user want to register at my forum after registered , He/She has to go PM options and They see always PM options Currently Disabled..

Why for new users PM is Disable ?

and

How can i make it Always Enabled ?

you should have posted this on the MOD implenentation forum
and to change default options, you need to change the default value for that field directly in the database.
if you can't access the database, ask me and i'll post a DBS file for you

PM's are enabled by default. Try it. Go to my site, register, look at your PM options. You will notice they are "enabled" by default. My super powers do not include fixing what isn't broken

I think u need to drop old value from unactive to active this will solve all problem.

Well Same problem again .. When I register a new user PM is OFF .. User has to turn ON it manually..

You have another problem then. The default value for the field is on. So the question is, what is turning it off?
