This started out as link testing bug , but I realize that this is a bug. Can someone move it to bug reports open?

The first middle links points target to "_blank" which opens a new window.
Whereas the first and last link points target to "_new" which does not have same affect.

Suggested fix: code change so that they all point to _blank.
