I found out, that the characters with ISO-8895-2/WIN-1250 encoding are wrongly stored in the server. It looks as the same problem as bad character coding in my web browser, but when I look at the page source, I can find the characters have already been badly downloaded from server. Do you know, where is the problem?
there are about 500 diffrent encodings, do you expect I'll know them all? So apperantly it's not a problem of duble-byte character code. Try changing the Session.LCID in your config.asp, but keep a backup, it might disable your forum compleatly. if that ddoesn't help, join bozden and I in our disscussion here
In the previous contribution I mentioned the appropriate encodings (ISO-8859-2/WIN1250 - it means Central European). I supposed it was't so important to tell you what is the language!?
But now it's O.K. There was a problem with hosting server. The forum was O.K.
