They are probably due to your host. Is it a free host?

yes free host. is this also why i carnt use avs ? sorry to sound dum but its all new to me.

I don't know why you cannot use avatars. As Rasco correctly put it in the other thread, you'll need to find another host to get rid of the popups.

Free is not always that free. Sometimes it's just better to spend a little money. You'll find good hosting options sometimes as cheap as 50 dollars a year...
