Since I would receive an "undeliverable mail" message, I would go to his profile and "Unsubscribe" him from the mailing list. Also, I change his Email to invalid@mycompany.com
Some companies set up catchall accounts for e-mails that come to the wrong address. Whoever manages that account could get access. Also, it's common practice to keep an e-mail account active after an employee leaves. They just take away the ability to log into it.

I just installed this mod, and it ROCKS, this should be in all standard versions. BTW, is one able to send an HTML message using this mod?

Thanks for the compliment - and hopefully it (and alot of the other mods posted here) will make it into an actual release but multiple language support and a few other changes are in line first.
As far as HTML, I haven't gotten that far with it yet, but will definitely keep it in mind  .
