From the active_users.asp page, when clicking on a member's MSN icon, the following error appears: 

ADODB.Field error '800a0bcd' 

Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record. 

/forums/inc_func_common.asp, line 439


I also noticed that the member's login id is not shown in the mouse-over on the icon, so I presume that is related to the error.

That bug has been reported and fixed in Active Users version 4.0.

I installed version 4.0.17, according to the file I downloaded.

And I repeat and say that you can find the bug-fix in that topic. Nathan didn't create a new topic for every minor release after 4.0.
