I have classifieds on my forum and one of my moderators said she can't see the "place an ad" link. Everyone else can. I then post all three links classifieds > category > place an ad, she said she can see the first two links, but not the third.
I cannot see the link to "place an ad" in your topic (which Deana can't see) either. I'm assuming it's registration-based (must be a member). However, I can't verify that because your registration does not work - when you accept the conditions, it simply loops back to the conditions page.
