Hi. I just noticed in the terms and agreement section, one part says:

"In case of lost password, users can send an e-mail to llp_it_dept@hotmail (my email)"

Is there a way for me to actually retrieve their password for them or something?

Not to retrieve, no, but you can reset it to some known value, so that they can get in if you email them. Hamlin created a mod to reset the user's password. Search for it at the MOD W/ Code forum.
