But, I turned on "Restrict Registration" so all new users will have to be approved by one of us Admins before they will be allowed to validate their e-mail address and complete their registration.

There isn't always someone here, so please be patient if account isn't approved right away.

ok, new user registration has been re-enabled again. Same restrictions as noted above. Let's see if we fixed the problem, or if it will show up again.
