Hi Robert,
My site stat is running well but on 2 occassions, the site stat just suddenly disappear after running for about 1.5mths to 2mths. It will appear again after I FTP over the sitestat.txt file but all the datas will be deleted.
May I know what causes the site stat to disappear after running 1.5mth to 2mths? Anyway to rectify that?
I'm using Ver.3.4.3 and my site is at; http://www.bettaclub.org.sg/forum/
Thank you. Chris Yew

When I turn on the counters in the admin section it says Congratulation but when I go back into them it has gone back to the default seetings again!
There for I am getting this :
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0005'
Invalid procedure call or argument
/forum2/inc_sitestat.asp, line 367

if the seetings do not stay you need to check in the config.asp if you have put all the variables in there.

Chris Yew,
I have to look into this! I do not understand that and will get back to you! I will simulate a two months period on my localhost and will tell you of the outcome!

serritzlev,
all variables are correct! and the variables are not set?
set the variables in the admin section "site statistic". then go to the forum variables and show me what entries have been stored for the site statistic.

I am getting the following error after installing the script:
Error Type: ADODB.Field (0x800A0BCD) Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record. /legions/forum/inc_sitestat.asp, line 309
Browser Type: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.5; Windows NT 5.0; CoxIE55)
Page: GET /legions/forum/default.asp
I have found that commenting out the sitestat() line lets me back into the forum without the mod working. Please advise.
I also have an admin account for you if needed. e-mail me at admin@legions.us and I will send it.
Thanx in advance!
I have provided the following for troubleshooting purposes: default.asp (text ver) inc_sitestat.asp (text ver} |
