I have searched thru most of this site, but I am just unable to locate the differences / permissions for SuperAdmin / Admin. Does anyone have a link perhaps to this?

Don't think there is a link. I think the main difference is that the SuperAdmin is the only one that can edit other admins and run mod setup.

Only Super Admin can use some of the options which are available within Admin Panel. You can make any Admin a super admin by changing the value of the related var in config.asp
