I interested moderator forum to succeed to locked the member.
I not to want he to be administrator...
Do anybody knows about this MOD ?

AFAIK there are no mods that allow a moderator to lock a member. Only admins do that, but that can be changed, of course.

yeah, i think he wants the mods to have rights to edit user profiles and lock members.
I would not use it myself but... would would be cool would be a new admin level... like erm lower then a admin but higher then a mod
