I would like to be able to limit the abilty of regular users from editing/deleting posts. This seems like it would probably require a table/field addition somewhere ... Here's what I would like to be able to implement:
Moderators & Administrators could edit/delete as normal.
Regular members could not use either of these functions until allowed by the Administrator ... I imagine there could be a turn-on in Profile, or perhaps a separate & new Admin page specially for this function.
So, a new member would not, by default, be able to edit or delete a post. Once they have demonstrated responsible use of the forum, the Administrator could turn on this function so that it works as in the current norm for Snitz.
Is this feasible and is anyone capable/interested in taking this on? |
