| at messageboard.com they have a voice telling ppl they have a "new privat messagage. could you point me to that mod. I was also wondering how to make the picture show when you get a private message. i can only get the text to show |

I modified my sound MOD from 3.3.03 to work with 3.4.03.
I think this will help you out.

To install.
admin_config_pm.asp to do ON ( not OFF )
To change all files:
admin_home.asp
config.asp
pop_config.asp
privatemess.asp
How i to know if this good ?
What i necessary to do now ?

If you made the changes per the readme file, turned ON the MOD in admin_config_pm.asp and put the sound file in, when ever someone sends you a private message, you will hear the sound when you go to the default page.

| well the truth hurts doesnt it...all it took was a starting member to tell me were to get the file...i didnt want the private message mod i wanted the add on...thats what the whole reason i posted this topic in the first place...and i never seem to get any help...the only person who has helped me is hamlin...he went out of his way to help...and another thing i have tried to install that **** avatar mod the 1.3 one and the **** thing wont work... |
