Can i use the same Database for two forums? What i want to do is: Have two forums but only one set of memebers, thats all i want to keep the same, the Url will not be the same for both forums, one will be www.mysite.com/forum and the other will be www.mysite.com/sub/forum but the database will be saved in www.mysite.com/database can this be done? |

Yes, this works. I'm doing the same thing for my "test forum," i.e., the forum I apply changes to before I try them on my live forum. Most functions work the same.
How come you didn't post this in the Help section?? |

I do it over 2 domains, works great. I share some forums too, but if you just want to share members, it's very easy. Let us know how it goes. |
