lol Well I'm glad I've been of help I have an old cordless Logitech mouse lying around somewhere... it's one of those that still has a ball. Want that one too?
BTW, for anyone who's interested, Microsoft also has similar software for their mice. It's called IntelliPoint and can be downloaded from MS's site at http://www.microsoft.com/mouse/ It will handle just about any mouse MS has made and will let you configure any button on it to do whatever you want it to do.
everytime I get a work computer with intelipoint on it... I install Logitech's software :) hehe it's just better... and supports more applications better... like the wheel mouse performs better with mouseman over the intelipoint... it's freaky... going into Lotus apps and such I mean (to be specific).
