Someone from an other forum is terrorising our snitz forum. They are jaloes(?) There is a hole group of people actually. Locking doesn't help en someone can simply changing IP numbers. There is no cookie ban available for 3.4 But i don't think it 'll help...
Does anybody know what i should do about it? Or can anybody tell me how i can change my IP adress so i can terrorise their forum. I'm really fet-up with this.

No you're right. I was a bit mad yesterday when i came home and saw that people where abusing our forum again... Today...clear mind...

The problem is that serveral people are messing up our forum. When i'm going to collect all IP adresses, it's gonna be a very long list because not al IP adresses are static. The ISP's are going to drop my email to the removed items in outlook if you mean that by collecting IP adresses...

I forgot to check the Email options I've disabled registrations for a while but that is ofcourse not THE sollution. I changed all the options that you advised.
I think many of us have had people come around and abuse our forums at some stage, normally they get tired of it pretty quick and leave and suddenly as they came.
