In addition to choosing a Time Zone, I would also like to see a mod that lets users specify the Date Format that they want displayed.

v4 will include locale specific date/time information from the admin options. So if a user connects to a Japanese/English site and views in Japanese, the date/time will be shown in one of the Japanese formats.

Without necessary language/locale info, this cannot be done easily...

I'm thinking that the user can just choose a date format when they register, or set it in their profile
