I figured it out, Click on Tools on top menu of IE browser, then on Internet options, Privacy Tab, under settings it seemed to only work at Medium so move the slider down to medium and it will work. |

Guys.. try this and let me know if it's the case or not..
If you have the Google toolbar installed, uninstall it and try to login again. I had this exact same problem... Google had upgraded the toolbar software and then I couldn't login anymore if the "save password" box was checked. If I unchecked it, I could log in and it would remember who I was. I deleted all my cookies.. in fact, I deleted the contents of the entire Temp Internet Files folder.. all except the Google app... And right after I uninstalled the toolbar - like magic it worked fine.
Also, reducing my security/Internet Settings bar down to low didn't help either..
Let me know if you guys were using the Googlge tool bar or not. |

No problem and thank you. It's just that large images are distracting and generally not liked here. You could use a smaller image or a link to your site though |

Just an FYI, I know most know this, but I get the same exact behavior when I block cookies as Snitz relies entirely on cookies for login, which is precisely the reason why your security settings made the difference.
Just a clarification for those who might not have understood the problem here |

Tell him to check if the clock on his computer is set correctly (both the date and time). If it's wrong, it can result in login problems aswell. |

I wonder... what file would I have to modify in order to uncheck the SAVE PASSWORD box? I'd rather it default to un-checked. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

The file is inc_header.asp, line# 362:
" <input type=""checkbox"" name=""SavePassWord"" value=""true"" tabindex=""-1"" CHECKED><b> Save Password</b></font></td>" & vbNewLine
Just delete the red part. |
