What would the code be for hiding thedit delete icons to the gernal user?

Also the warning code needs to be edited so users dont say 'It said I coiuld edit it!"

message= Only Admin, Moderator, Authors can delete this message.

Change to Only Admin, Moderator, can delete this message

I changed the warning message, but left the icon there. So when they try to delete their message it says "Admin and Mod's only"
