I have a forum that is mostly public, however, it also contails 4 private forums for members. We have 3 different member types and one private forum for each of the 3 member types. The 4th one is general to all members. Can anyone think of any way of moding the system such that the allowed_members of the 3 private forums are combined to be allowed access to the 4th rather than trying to maintain separate lists of members for the 4th forum?

Forum1 members:

user2
user3
Forum2 members:
user2
user4
user5
Forum3 members:
user1
user4
user6
user7
Forum4 members (the general one):
user1
...
..
..
user7
(all the above)
Any ideas?
