Just a quick one from me. How do you get it to put the date format in the UK way in the newsletter subject? ie dd/mm/yy. My forum is set to the UK way but the newsletter uses the US way mm/dd/yy.

Thanks

When I email the newsletter, it arrives with a sickly green background. I need it to have the lightpurple that is used in the serverhacker forum.

Can someone point me to the right file where I can change that?

Thanks for any help.

For anyone who cares, I finally got the newsletter mod background color correct.

One of the guys on Serverhacker sent me a new nlEmail_List_html.asp file, and along with removing a color code from line 49 in the <body> tag of inc_mail_html.asp, I now have the newsletter mod working fine.

Does this mode have an option to send forum stats and recent posts as part of the news letter? I sometimes get an email from another flavor of board and its kinds nice because it has a nice layout of most recent, most active, top poster etc...

are there any plans for this to work with 2,000+ members?

are there any plans for members to have an opt in/out of receiving emails when they sign up?

How can I get rid of the last line As you can see there are no errors.

I found the lines 92 and 148 under mailinglist.asp and modified them.

Fabulous MOD. The possibilities are infinite.
---------------------------------------------------
I want to be able to use Double Opt-in instead of Single Opt-in for subscribing to the newsletter. That is, when you submit an email address, a message is first sent to the submitted address, requesting confirmation that this address should indeed be added to the list. That eliminates spam since some may have their address submitted for them, against their wishes. Any ideas as to how to proceed
